Hi guys,

It is with great pleasure that I can announce to you the launching of a revolutionary new
project by the makers of Case's Ladder. Today MyLeague.com went into official beta.
MyLeague.com is a ground breaking new approach which allows you to create your own
gaming leagues and tournaments.

Our goal was to give you the power to create, control, administer and promote your own
league and tournaments. If you have ever wanted to start up your own league or run an
individual tournament you now have the power.

Case's Ladder is the backend engine which will power the leagues. You don't have to worry
about programming, site hosting or any other technical aspects. We provide you with the
power to run your league the way you want to.

Do you play a game that Case's Ladder doesn't support a league for? Now is your chance to
setup and run a league for that game yourself. Even if you want to start up a league for a
game Case's Ladder already supports you now have that power.

We are going to be working intensively over the next few months on continually expanding the
power and functionality of MyLeague.com If you are interested in starting up your own league
or learning more about this new program simply visit www.myleague.com

Below is the official press release which is being sent out today.

CASE'S LADDER LAUNCHES REVOLUTIONARY GAMING LEAGUE CREATION SITE
MYLEAGUE.COM

MyLeague Gives Gamers the Autonomy to Manage Leagues and Create Their Own Rules

Wallingford, Connecticut, October 27, 1999 - Case's Ladder (www.casesladder.com), part of the
eUniverse (www.euniverse.com) (OTC Bulletin Board: EUNI) entertainment network of
community and commerce websites, today announced the launch of MyLeague.com
(www.myleague.com) which allows individuals to create and administer their own online
gaming leagues and tournaments. The MyLeague service is offered at no charge.

In the past, all aspects of online leagues were controlled by the site powering them. With the
creation of MyLeague the power has shifted directly to the hands of the users who can now set
up and control their own leagues. The users will have the power to customize the look and
feel of the league, choose the rules and format, and decide on any rewards and penalties.

"This is a momentous day for online gamers. MyLeague will essentially allow any gamer to set
up leagues and run tournaments for their favorite games. Gone are the days when elaborate
programming, server and hosting requirements prohibited most gamers from creating and
running their own leagues and tournaments," said Jeremy Rusnak Founder and CTO of Case's
Ladder. "The possibilities are really limitless on how many areas MyLeague could be applied
to. Virtually all tedious aspects of running a league would be completely automated by the
MyLeague system."

MyLeague is flexible enough to work with virtually any game that supports head-to-head or
team competition. Leagues can be set up for action, strategy, simulation, sports or classic
online games. Tournaments are available as a one-time event, or as a supplement to an
ongoing league. Additionally, off-line events, such as team sports, can be run and
administered through the MyLeague system.

With over three years in design and development, MyLeague from Case's Ladder offers the first
complete solution to gamers who want to compete by their own rules. Each MyLeague will
have robust community features including dedicated message forums, instant messaging and
chat using the eUniverse LivePlace technology, voting booths and a hall of fame.

The league administrator will have access to a comprehensive control system with the ability
to host forums and post messages to the site. MyLeague administrators can edit over 20
statistics of the players' records and integrate their own rules into standard rule templates.
MyLeague gives administrators the power to police their site, to ban users who break the rules
or place users into a "penalty box" which prevents the offenders from participating.
Management features allows administrators to find and remove duplicate accounts as well as
search through detailed logs of both player activities and administrative actions within their
league. Should further league management be needed, additional administrators can be
added. Other additional features will be deployed over the next few weeks.
