using ladderbux too purchase goods

Ive emailed cases several times on this an yet too get a reply im a platinum member living in australia an would like too take advantage of using my well earned payed for ladderbux but when I try an redeem my buxx it either tells me incorect password or invalid user or the page loads up for all my details but im unable too scrool down past where I put my phone number in .. it wont let me see whats under that .. Have I been paying for my membership for all this time only too find out I carnt use them ??
