To gift LadderBux, simply click on the amount of LadderBux you have listed at the top-right corner of the page (right under where it says "Hi, jdandbb!"). Alternately, you can click the "LadderBux" link on the navigation bar for the "My Account" tab, and that link will take you to the same page. This is the place where you can gift LadderBux from, as well as see your Gifting history, and your Tourney LadderBux Log. :) The "LadderBux" link has been there since the redesign launched, and the ability to click the number of LadderBux has been there for a couple of months now. In addition, I see that there is actually a "Gift LadderBux" link in the "My Options" box, where you seem to be looking. I believe that it was added last week, but I'm not 100% sure.
I'm adding a screenshot to this post that shows where these links are, in case that will help. I know that I'm a visual person, and being able to see where something is, is much more useful to me than just hearing/reading a description. :)
The "flashing message that you need to download another browser" has also been changed to be more user-friendly. It now says "Firefox users: click 'Continue' to proceed to the premium membership feature."
This message appears because unlike Internet Explorer, Firefox will not automatically forward users to the next page for the actual features. Therefore, Firefox users need that message there to tell them to click the "Continue" button. As a convenience for IE users, we automatically forward them on, so the message is usually only visible for a second.
As for the "Fogged Over Page," if you click on any part of the "fog," it will close the pop-up window, and allow you to return to the page you were viewing before the pop-up window appeared. The programmers are aware of the problem with the "Close" link, and there's a ticket open for it, but in the meantime, clicking on any of the greyed out area will close the pop-up window for you. :)
Finally, as for the Diamond Calendar and Diamond Summary, the programmers have been working hard at getting those ready to go. Over the past couple of weeks, they've spent more time on those two features than they have anything else during that time for the redesign, so we certainly haven't forgotten about it. :)
Also, if you go to www.ladop.net/redesign/ and click on the "Updates" link, you can see the issues that the programmers have been fixing. Please note that this list only includes the major problems, and not League-specific issues. So, if a specific League is corrupted, and a programmer has to spend time recovering the data, that sort of work is not listed. It also doesn't list the back-end work that the programmers do, such as fixing broken support tools, fixing sales stuff, or fixing other programming things that may not be visible to end users, but are still important to fix so that worse problems don't occur. However, it does list the features that we've added, as well as the bugs that we've fixed, and it tells what some of the upcoming priorities are. :) As you can see from some of those updates, the programmers have been working hard on the Diamond Calendar and Diamond Summary, which is part of the reason why other bugs have not been corrected.
Again, I'm sorry that you're frustrated with these issues, but as you can see, we've been working on them. Hopefully the information in this post will be helpful to you! :)
