As pattiyork1 suggested, the problem you're experiencing is with Pogo, and is not related to MyLeague/Case's Ladder.
One thing that I suggest is that you clear your temporary internet files and cookies (clear your cache). This has helped me in the past when I've experienced similar problems. If that doesn't work, you can contact Pogo support at http://help.pogo.com.
