To view another player's Diamond Summary, simply click the "Diamond Summary" link on their profile page, located next to their avatar.
To view your own Diamond Summary, or to adjust which Leagues/Ladders are publicly displayed on your Diamond Summary, you can follow these steps:
1) Log in to one of your Leagues and go to your "My Account" page.
2) On that page, there will be an "Edit" link next to the Diamond Summary link, which will let you go to the Edit page. (Alternately, you can click on "Diamond Summary" in the "My Options" box.)
3) On the Edit page, simply check the "Make Public" box for any Leagues that you want to publicly display, and uncheck it for any Leagues that you want to hide.
4) Click "Save" at the bottom of the page when you are done.
To view your own Diamond Summary as other players will see it, you can go either click the words "Diamond Summary" next to the Edit button, or you can click the "View My Profile" link at the top of your My Account page, and then click "Diamond Summary" from that page. :)
