Just to clarify real quick: A laptop is not a cash prize, so it is acceptable. Don't ask me why, but gambling laws don't seem to mind giving out items -- it's only cash that violates them.
Any non-cash prize is acceptable to give out in relation to League activity, so long as the Admins make it clear that the prizes are provided by the League staff, not MyLeague.com.
