She must have rigormortis by now. Surely this is a clear breach of contract by cases not giving what is advertised and refunds in subscription should be forthcoming? If not when my Platinum membership comes up for renewal in December i think the money will be better off in my Bank account rather than Cases. Also we have some computer whizzes in the UK that could have sorted your problems in half the time lol.
There are still no mention of loss of contractual priveledges I:E Web cam that refreshes and a link to the hideout which i can only get from another link which was sent to me. Maybe cases would like to extend my membership beyond December as a gesture of goodwill?
