Live Support is for assistance with your Diamond account and its features. All we can do is make suggestions and redirect you to the proper support links when it comes to issues regarding TD/Admin accounts.
Live Support is also included as an option for Plus Leagues. Plus Leagues are able to ask questions about the League page and admin accounts. We can answer these questions, but cannot make any changes unless the support links are used first, to ensure a proper "paper trail" is maintained.

: Well, I went on the LIVE Diamond Chat to seek a very simple assistance, but the person (not official staff) denied such requested service.
: To that person whom denied my service... FYI, it had been done for me about a year or so before.
: Again, it would be acceptable to have official staff from the office building to take care of paying members' needs. Not someone appointed to be TD, HTD, or Admin of a Cases league.
