Bonzipogo assisted you, he is a member of the Admin Support team as well as a LeadOp for the Official Case's Ladder(s), among other things.
He is perfectly able to assist in any manner needed via LiveSupport.
However, we will not reduce someone in rank from HTD to TD on a MyLeague as the individual should contact the Head TD team and/or the Admin team of that MyLeague to have that taken care of.
If this has been done for you in the past, policies may have changed or the individual made a mistake by doing that for you. Either way, it's not something we can do via LiveSupport.
If you wish to be reduced in rank, please contact the Admin team.
