Hmmm... I seem to be having a similar problem with my YIM test account. My images are showing up as "Offline" as well.
I do know that it's not the redesign, as the online images are working for some people, and on looking at the link for your image, the link is generating properly, it's just that Yahoo is showing the picture incorrectly.
I'll keep messing with my Yahoo settings, and if I figure it out, I'll make sure to post again. :)
