This issue has beaten like a dead horse and although many players have been suspected of using banned steroids the latest case makes me wonder just who gets nailed and who does not. The issue in question is how MLB president Bud Selig can basically let Giambi of the New York Yankees walk away basically untouched because he's done so many things to better himself in the community while at same time they are looking at punishing Troy Glaus of the Toronto Blue jays. Regardless of who it was or what he orhe has not done to make his life better the use of steroids in the league is wrong no matter who you are. Rafael Palmeiro found out the hard way after he had appeared before a Congressional Committee and denied he used steroids only to have to surface a few weeks later that he had used them. Barry Bonds has been suspected of using them, but it has never been proven. While they may reach the pinnacle of the recored books with their succes, eventually and it is medcically proven that steroids can and will kill you. Is it worth your life to reach that goal and not be around to enjoy it! If it is found that any of MLB players have used to steroids their records they did achieve in the time frame they used the steroid should be erased. Yogi Berra, Hank Aaron, or Lou Gherig never needed these drugs to be where they are and for anmy league to aloow steroid users to be in the same company is a shame to the name of baseball.
