Do you want to replace the Game Settings rule with this wording? Regular with Double Nil is the default game setting. Any variation from these settings must be decided before the start of the game and agreed upon by ALL 4 players, or the game settings stay as default. Any player may silence kibitzers, however - kibitzing CANNOT be turned off unless permission is given by a LadderOp. Kibitzers may switch sides, but only after completion of the hand. Kibitzing of opponents as well as switching during a hand will result in immediate forfeit.
