hehhe almost but not quite :), Micromanage actually refers to your ability to select, attack and use each unit individually instead of as an entire group. So you can have 2 tanks attacking this guy, 2 tanks attacking another guy, and 2 tanks attacking another guy, and you would be more effective instead of 6 on 1 then 5 (because 1 died) on another etc.

So micromanage would be your ability to locally control each unit individually, commonly know as being click happy as well :).
